Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. As a general guideline, you can expect delivery within 1–2 business days from the time your order has been processed for delivery to Denmark and 2-4 days to delivery outside of Denmark.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise clearly stated.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. AKINA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Holland, France, Poland and Germany.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. AKINA cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be charged to the customer.
Returns & Refunds
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as when received, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Return Costs and Responsibility
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. All costs associated with return shipping must be covered by the customer.
Return in Practice
We’ve made returns easy for you. Visit our return portal, AKINA - Returportal, and log in using your order number and email address. Fill in the required information and select GLS or dao as your return method.
If you choose GLS, you will receive a QR code to present when dropping off your parcel at a GLS location. They will print the return label for you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@akinaskin.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can assist you.
